Welcome to Caberston Farm
Set across 200 acres in the heart of the Tweed Valley, Caberston is a historic micro estate in the Scottish Borders. For centuries, the land has been run as a traditional sheep farm - now thoughtfully diversified into a thriving hub of rural life.
Today, Caberston is home to a working sheep farm, the popular Caberston Farm Kitchen & Bakery, holiday cottages, horse livery, Christmas tree plantations, and even a growing natural cosmetics range - all run with a commitment to sustainability, local collaboration, and organic principles.
Located between Innerleithen and Walkerburn, the farm is surrounded by scenic trails, mountain biking routes (including the legendary ‘Feed the Pony’ trail), and a landscape rich in wildlife and history, from medieval castle ruins to Iron Age hill forts.
At Caberston, we believe in supporting our local economy, protecting the land, and creating a welcoming space to work, visit, and enjoy. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or just stopping by for coffee and cake, we invite you to slow down and experience the best of Borders life.
